We are extensions of the Source energy, they say, and we are blessed, loved beings who have come into this physical time-space reality to joyously create.

If we are truly feeling those emotions, then Universal Law of Attraction dictates that the Creative Forces have no choice but to allow us to flow to ourselves people and situations that will bring us more joy, knowledge, empowerment, freedom, love, and appreciation.

(09:36:27) (Rosie) The emotions of the in between stages either bring us closer to the top or bottom of the scale. The closer we come to the top the more success we have in consciously creating the good things we desire; the closer to the bottom…well, you know.

(09:37:07) (Rosie) Exercises are offered to help us move up the scale and change our current “emotional set point,” and thus our creative vibration, to a more positive one if that is what is needed.

(09:37:45) (Rosie) We touched on a couple of those. One was the Rampage of Appreciation in which you look around your immediate environment and notice something that pleases you. You hold your attention on this as you consider how wonderful, beautiful, or useful it is.
(09:38:05) (Rosie) The longer you focus, the greater your positive feelings about it will be. Keep repeating this process as long as you feel necessary to improve your emotional set point or maintain the one you have.

(09:38:44) (KingShao) If you profit from constructive criticism you will be elected to the wise men's hall of fame .But to reject criticism is to harm your own best interests.

(09:38:53) (Rosie) There is the Prosperity Game in which you establish an imaginary checking account into which you make deposit entries and check withdrawals as though they were real. Each day make greater deposits and have fun withdrawing the money and spending spending it on whatever your imagination desires.

(09:40:00) (Rosie) Another exercise is the “Magical Creation Box.” Find a nice looking box with a lid – one that pleases you when you look at it. On the lid write the words, “Whatever is contained in this box IS.” Next, gather magazines, catalogs and brochures and leisurely look through them for whatever you would like to include in your experience: anything from furniture and clothing to travel destinations to images of physical characteristics or people interacting positivel
(09:40:42) (Rosie) Or if you witness something you’d like to experience, write it down and drop it in the box. Each day as you add more to the box your ability to visualize will sharpen, your desire will be more focused, and you will allow more and more positive creative energy to flow through you.
(09:41:35) (Rosie) “The Creative Workshop” is a goal-setting type of exercise that helps you focus on the areas that are the most immediate important to your life experience.
(09:42:04) (Rosie) On one four pieces of paper write one of the following headings or categories: My Body, My Home, My Relationships, My Work. Under each category write “This is what I desire about….
(09:42:04) (Lynn) Rosie, I leaned something about goals .
(09:42:14) (Lynn) I always surpass my goals and this is how I do it.
(09:42:23) (Lynn) I set goals that are LOW , I know I can meet them.
(09:42:31) (Lynn) That gives me a win and nothing wins like a win.
(09:42:38) (Lynn) So then I easily surpass my goals.

(09:43:04) (Rosie) whatever technique works for you...it's important that you are keeping a pace that enables you to continue feeling good about yourself and your accomplishments
(09:43:13) (sillyrabbit) Then move onto "harder" goals
(09:43:34) (Rosie) For example, under “My Body” you could write: I want to return to my ideal body weight; or, I want to get a great haircut; or, I want to find some wonderful new clothes; or, I want to feel strong and fit.” Under each of those subcategories write WHY you want it. For example: I want to return to my ideal body weight…because I feel best when I’m at that weight.”

(09:44:30) (Rosie) When you make specific statements – especially if you write them down – you are adding more clarity and power to your thoughts while at the same time softening your resistance to actually accomplishing those goals. Fifteen or 20 minutes in this workshop each day is enough – and make sure you are in a lighthearted mood. If on a given day you are not, it might be best to skip it.

On the lid write the words, “Whatever is contained in this box IS.” Next, gather magazines, catalogs and brochures and leisurely look through them for whatever you would like to include in your experience: anything from furniture and clothing to travel destinations to images of physical characteristics or people interacting positivel
(09:40:42) (Rosie) Or if you witness something you’d like to experience, write it down and drop it in the box. Each day as you add more to the box your ability to visualize will sharpen, your desire will be more focused, and you will allow more and more positive creative energy to flow through you.

(09:42:04) (Rosie) On one four pieces of paper write one of the following headings or categories: My Body, My Home, My Relationships, My Work. Under each category write “This is what I desire about….

(09:42:14) (Lynn) I always surpass my goals and this is how I do it.
(09:42:23) (Lynn) I set goals that are LOW , I know I can meet them.

For example: I want to return to my ideal body weight…because I feel best when I’m at that weight.”
